In the past, Hedlund & Dunst tried to not be photographed together
Garret Hedlund and Kirsten Dunst officially came out together at the Sundance Festival. The couple have been rumored to be dating for quite a while, yet had not come out officially. The couple were supposedly all over each other at the dinner celebrating Dunst’s movie The Bachelorette
People reports:
“According to a party goer at the WireImage tent, where the intimate dinner for 40 guests took place, Hedlund didn’t really leave his girlfriend’s side after the two made their late arrival. They also toasted to the film together.
Adds a source: “Kirsten and Garrett have been spending time together since the holidays. They were friends on the set of On the Road, and now they’ve grown closer. They spent Christmas together and he feels very strongly about her.”
Good for her, I know there is this huge love hate thing with her, but I like her. I think she’s pretty down to Earth and I will always have a soft spot for her since she has done some great flicks that still float in my head such as Virgin Suicides and Crazy / Beautiful.
I know Garret Hedlund has not been in much, but I was home one night and totally watched Country Strong (don’t judge me) but…the main reason I watched it was for him. He is a good looking fella, Dunst is a lucky lady.
Given that she has been through a rough patch these last couple of years…I think we will be seeing her back on her feet for sure, she already started with Melancholia. Finding a person that understands you cares for you, that is always going to make life easier. Good for them, I am pro this couple!
