Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez have been dating for over a year now, but have they moved on from dating to…engaged? Depends how serious you take the ring she was recently spotted with. It is simply stunning, and is being worn on her left ring finger.
With a gold band and what looks to be a big emerald, Berry has been seen with the beauty on many occasions in the last couple of days. I can’t say I blame her, I would never take it off! It is breathtaking.
No official word on whether this is an engagement ring or a promise ring, or simply a gift. But I would not be surprised if it was something serious. My only problem with this whole thing is that Berry is not exactly what I call “good in relationships.” She has dated some of the biggest jerks in Hollywood, has been cheated on over and over again and in some cases, been abused.
On top of that, when she finally found a person that had her best interest at heart, Gabriel Aubry, she leaves him, then bad mouths him to the press about him being a terrible father. Berry’s current love is Martinez, who seems to be part of the pattern she always runs back to. Martinez cheated on his girlfriend Kylie Minogue while she was being treated for breast cancer.
At this point, I give up on her, all we can do is be happy for her because at the end of the day she puts herself in these positions and ends up with men who really just are not the best. But if she’s happy, she’s happy. You don’t always know what is going in inside a relationship right? Just what you can see from the outside…
…But cheating on your girlfriend who is fighting breast cancer…just does not do it for me.
