Reality star and host of the Bravo TV show, The Millionaire Matchmaker, Patti Stanger will be taking her very own trip down the aisle very soon. According to Patti, she would prefer to elope or find a private destination wedding, but her fiancee has other things in mind–and is planning a 500-person million dollar affair. And despite the differences, Stanger is practicing what she preaches by compromising on the wedding plans. Anybody who watches Millionaire Matchmaker knows that Patti thinks the cornerstones of any relationship are communication and compromise.

The two are apparently considering two options: a beachside California hotel or a casual backyard ceremony. Whatever they choose, the couple agree that the wedding will definitely feature fabulous catered food.

As for the engagement ring, Stanger says it is four carats and that her soon-to-be husband, Andy Friedman, “had been planning it for six months; he wanted a non-conflict stone and was waiting for the right stone from Israel that wasn’t a blood diamond and he actually designed the entire ring.” There are many options for your own conflict-free diamond engagement rings, coming in all sizes and luxurious settings.

Stanger also reveals that she used her own book, “Become Your Own Matchmaker”, to meet the man of her dreams. “I used all those steps and hired my own private matchmaker to find him. Girls will know that there’s hope!”
