Orders under $500 are shipped via USPS priority Mail and orders over $500 are shipped via Fed Ex Overnight shipping. 

Orders over $10,000 are shipped overnight via the US Postal Service Express Mail.  A signature is required at the time of delivery, so be sure someone is home to accept the package.

      

Orders over $75,000 are shipped via Brinks delivery service.

This enables you to trade in or upgrade your diamond for a larger or higher quality stone and get a 100% credit* of your original diamond purchase.  The only condition necessary is that that the new diamond you are purchasing must be at least 50% greater in value than your original diamond.  

 
*The diamond being upgraded must be in its original condition free of any chips or scratches, and also must be accompanied by it’s original GIA or AGS laboratory report.

Every diamond ring we sell is manufactured under the tightest quality control standards and is carefully inspected prior to shipment.  Most of these rings require very little to no maintenance at all, outside of general cleaning or a periodic prong check. 
 
We stand behind every ring we sell which is why we offer a lifetime warranty with every diamond ring purchase. In the unlikely event there is ever a problem with your ring, you can bring it or mail it to our store for inspection. If the problem is deemed to be caused by a manufacturer defect, we will make the necessarily repair free of charge. If it is deemed the problem was caused by normal wear and tear, then we will only charge you our cost for any materials (metal, diamonds, etc) needed to make the repair.
 
In addition you may also bring in or send us your ring for unlimited prong tightening, rhodium plating and cleaning.

How Does the Since1910 Lowest Diamond Price Guarantee Work?

At Since1910 we offer a lowest diamond price guarantee! If you find a lower advertised price than our net price on an identical diamond, at a Competitor or Web Competitor (see below) within 7 days of making your purchase on our website or through our catalog, we will match that price! Simply call us at 1-800-979-1910 and we will match the price. Please remember to have proof of the low price available to fax or email when you call.

Since1910 reserves the right to reject any price match that cannot be verified by proof acceptable to Since1910 in its sole discretion.

Which companies' prices does Since1910 match?

The qualifying competitors ("Competitors") are: BlueNile.com, JamesAllen.com, Uniondiamond.com, and Mondera.com. If you find a lower price at a U.S. company not listed above which has similar channels of distribution (stores, catalogs, Internet) that you would like us to match, we reserve the right to review your request and match that price in our sole discretion.

Will Since1910.com provide a price match if the Competitor does not have the item in stock or states that quantities are limited?

No. Sometimes a Competitor will advertise a low price for a product while having only a limited supply of the item. If our Competitor is out of stock, or states in their ad that quantities are limited, the product is not eligible for the Low Price Guarantee. We reserve the right to verify that our Competitor has the product in stock at the low price.

Do you include delivery charges in the price match guarantee?

Since1910.com always provides Free Shipping and therefore this inclusion is not necessary.
